HR Processes & Employee Experience
Your number one asset is your people. From the time that you are recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, training and empowering them to do their job there are lots of systems and processes in place not just for compliance, but to retain, engage, and incorporate them into your company culture.
Set Your Employees Up for Success with the Right Hiring, Onboarding & Training
Many organizations and small businesses need a little help to establish processes to recruit, hire, onboard, and retain their employees. When these things are not in place, it can light your organization on fire…in a bad way. It’s my job to help take the pressure off you to understand what needs to be in these documents and how to set your team up for success from the beginning. I can help you establish or review any and all of these so that you can be confident in growing your people and your business.

Having the Right Paperwork and Processes in Place from the Get-Go Determines Your Employee’s Perceived Experience and Ultimate Success
Clear HR Processes = Great Employee Experience
After 20+ years in the corporate HR world, I realized the importance of having these HR systems and processes in place to improve the employee experience. Yes, it may be a lot of work upfront, but the reward is substantial.
It seems overwhelming, but when these systems and processes are in place it will give you more time to be face-to-face with your team to engage and empower them to be kick-ass at their job. That is where you want to focus your time as a leader, in leading your people.

Process implementation doesn’t have to be stressful. I’m here to help you so you can stop worrying about:
Staying in compliance.
Employees being a good fit for their job.
Employees stating they are unsure of the rules.
Being desperate to find anyone with a heartbeat to hire. Instead, find applicants who are qualified to do the job and who want to work with you.
Employees not meeting productivity goals or expectations of the job.
Conflict between team members.
A better way to coach and discipline employees.
Losing employees before they hit their one year anniversary.
A lack of clarity that makes it seem impossible to be productive.
Team members who are unclear how their role relates to the roles around them.
Turnover or why people are leaving.
My Commitments to You & Your Team
Make these processes and documents simple for YOU!
It doesn't need to be complicated; I will meet you where you are and go at your pace.
I am here to ask questions and fully listen to you. I want to give you what you need. I will be honest with you by telling you what you actually need to hear and just not what you want to hear. I am focused on what you need for your benefit and your success.
I’m committed to your success and goals. All things I do for you are customized specifically for you, your team, and your business.

Take the Headache Out of Your HR Processes
It is hard to know what to focus on when it comes to staying compliant with HR processes. You started your business or you are in your role at your organization because that is where you are the expert. This is where I am the expert. When I see employees thriving, leaders becoming more confident, and productivity improving, it makes my heart sing! When I can help you and your team in a positive way, then my purpose is fulfilled.
How long does this process take?
It can depend on what you would like as a result. Where I will need the most of your time is in our discovery conversation so we can do a deep dive into what you currently have in place and what you would like it to look like in the end.
Do you do one document at a time versus everything?
Absolutely! Sometimes you just want to start somewhere. One document at a time is a great start.
What if I already have a bunch of this in place?
I am happy to review it all to make sure it is up to date, accurate for your company, and easy to implement. If you have them already and things still aren’t being implemented that is definitely an indication that you just may need another pair of eyes to help you leverage what you already have in place.
How much does it cost?
It really depends on what you are asking for and what you need. This is determined on a project-by-project basis. Everything is customized based on your organization or business.
Do you do investigations for policy breaches and internal conflicts?
Yes, this falls under my consulting and coaching services, which I am happy to talk with you more about if you are trying to put out this fire.
